• Azora is an eCommerce platform that directly sells products to customers.
• We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or product updates.
• Azora reserves the right to modify product information, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Azora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
• Estimated delivery timelines:
• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Azora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
• Products must meet the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a return or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Azora website, including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, images, website design, and software, is the property of Azora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Azora.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Azora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
